Let me preface this by saying I love osTicket, it's been a fantastic solution for us for a long time.
We just moved all our email to google apps, and as soon as we configured setup to use Gmail to receive email support tickets we're getting duplicate tickets, each ticket has a unique ticket ID and is entered twice.
Has anyone else encountered this, and any patches available? We've set up the gmail account so that email is archived when read, I've also tried it so email is deleted on read. I've tried checking via POP and IMAP, same problem.
We're using version 1.6.
