I have downloaded and install osticket 1.6 got it from osticket.com, it is now working, I can create tickets from the client side and can answer from the admin side. I need to add some staff yet some tabs are missing the staff and department tab. I check the demo at this site http://www.ostickethacks.com/demo/scp/admin.php(http://www.ostickethacks.com/demo/scp/admin.php) and compare it with my installation, and I cant see where to enable this tabs. my installation only has tabs of "Ticket, Knowledgebase, Directory, MyAccount" whereas ostickethacks demo has tabs of "Dashboard, Settings, Email, Help topics, STAFF, Departments" Have I mis-configured anything, do I need to enable some settings? or this version doesn't allow multiple staff, or multiple departments?
