I've been playing around with OSTicket 1.6 for a while now, but been having some problems, and been trying to narrow them down for some time now.
Whenever I set my Admin e-mail as my e-mail address that located under my Exchange 2007 Server, I do not receive any e-mail alerts on new tickets, responses or anything, but if I change my Admin address over to a gmail address, it works.
Same thing goes if one of my customers (who is also running Exchange 2007) submits a ticket on my site, the never get a 'ticket created' e-mail with the ticket #.
However, my new ticket's are being received without a problem over POP when customers SENDS it to me to the ticket@domain.com address... but again, if the customer that has the Exchange 2K7 address/domain has sent or created the ticket, then they do not get a ticket # and I do not receive a ticket alert either, not even on my Gmail account, even though the OS Ticket accepted and created the ticket... what's going on here? Anyone has any ideas?
