Cannot Access Email Templates

Hello I cannot seem to view the email templates to edit them in the admin panel, any help would be greatly appreciated!:)

What happens when you try? Can you view the page but but not edit? Can you not view the page at all? Something else?

Neither can I edit them.

@rafaelcarmona This thread is 10 years old. I would hope that you are not running osTicket 1.6ST, and if you are there is no one here that can assist you with such an old version.
