Can't activate any eMail for osTicket

Hi There,

I'm running osTicket on an Synology Disk Station. They say on there website, that osTicket is supported...

Problem ist, when trying to add an Mail Account, I got messages of this kind:

Can't open mailbox {pop.strato.de/pop3/novalidate-cert}INBOX: invalid remote specification

This is only an example. It doesn't work with SSL on or of nor with POP or IMAP

POP, POPS, IMAP, IMAPS are part of PHP.

Any idea how to solve this?
