I do not have a option to change the name associated with email ID "xxx@asdasd.com"
When I do Ticket Status
Email: xxx@asdasd.com
Click "Check Status"
This will show all tickets associated with email ID "xxx@asdasd.com"
Then I have option
Admin
or
Home
or
New Ticket
or
My Ticket
or
Log Out
But I do not have a option to change the name associated with email ID "xxx@asdasd.com"
