Email of open tickets

Hi,

I'm only vaguely familiar with PHP and SQL.. But is there a way that I can get a list of all open tickets emailed to me on an hourly basis? I'm sure it'd be simple for someone who knows what their doing.. Basically, just an extra php file that I can call from a cron job should do the trick.. Even if it sends in plain text thats fine too.. I'd just like to get an email sent to me for all outstanding tickets... Any help would be greatly appreaciated...

How much information are you looking for on each ticket?

ie would something like this suffice?

ticket# - subject - date opened - updated on

555666 - snarfle the garflog - 2011-05-16 13 - 2011-05-16 14

777999 - Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra - 2010-01-14 06 - 2011-01-15 12

889900 - Sokath, his eyes uncovered - 2009-12-24 12 - 2009-12-24 12

Or would you want full ticket details?

Something like you listed there would be perfect... I dont need to know the full detail in the email, just that theres an open ticket, what its about, and who sent it should be enough.

This sounds like a great cron to run, do you care to share the resolution?

I haven't forgotten about you. I have something that I was going to mod that I did for a ticket summary page that I'm planning on finishing to mod and then posting. I have just been extremely busy. Maybe next week I can get around to finishing it.
