For some reason I no longer receive New Internal Note emails when staff enters an update. This has created some issues because we have to physically click on each ticket to see if anyone has updated it or know someone is working on it.
Using 1.6 RC5. Settings are set to use PHP Mail Function for outgoing mail. Seems like that's ok because we receive New Ticket emails as well as emails when a client reponses to our ticket. We just don't get the emails from when we update tickets internally.
