I've just started evaluating osticket for my business. We have osticket running on a different machine to the mail server. Mail server is postfix, and is configured to require a fqdn on the smtp command ehlo. It also requires a valid fqdn - as checked by dns.
However, osticket simpy uses 'local' host for it's server name in the ehlo command. I cannot see anywhere that I can change this. Also, the Linux box it runs on does have it's hostname set to it's valid fqdn, but osticket does not seem to use it.
Any suggestions please?
