Thanks for you help in advance!

I have a small issue. All my staff member have their personal signature setup allready, the department signature as well, the problem is when they reply to all emails the signature is never append or the department signature. How can I fix this issue?

Unless you mod OSTicket users will have to select the radial box(es) to the right of the "Append Signature:" on the ticket reply screen. I seem to recall that there is a rather trivial mod posted here on the forums that explains how to change the default behavior.

Thank for your reply, can you help me to MOD OSTicket? Just need my clerks to have their signature automatically append.
