Hi,
Does anyone know how to set it up so that stale tickets will send another email after an hour of being stale? I'd like it to continually remind us that a stale ticket is out there, but only during business hours.
So for example if I create a ticket at 1pm, and dont touch it, at 2pm I should get a stale ticket reminder. If I still do nothing, I should get another one at 3pm. But if its after say, 8pm, stop reminding until 9am the next day..
Any ideas ?
