Staff Profile View from Directory

Hello,

I've spent the last few days modifying and installing osTicket.

However one modification i cant find anywhere is the ability to have a staff directory where you can click the staff member and see their profile but not edit it.

I'd also like to integrate the ability to mailto hyperlink the staff members email address, so basically;

Other staff members can access the directory, pick a member of staff they need and open their profile to access their contact details.

Almost Done

I have created a profile view that only allows you to view the staff member and e-mail them.

Now all i need to know is how to load the staff member i click on and how to make the link for each staff member on the directory list.
