This is very odd, but I have been testing the system and when I create a new ticket as a user, an e-mail does not get sent to me informing me of my ID etc if I use a hotmail account.
Gmail receives the e-mail fine, but hotmail does not. I have checked junk mail, but there is simply nothing there. I have tried using different hotmail accounts, and the same problem occurs.
What could possibly be causing this, and how can I solve it?
