I'm getting an error DB ERROR #1054
The only change was I added a MOD 2 weeks ago. This MOD shows "ASSIGNED TO" in the Staff main page.
Not sure if the MOD has anything to do with it. Also, I have had users say they are closing tickets and then the ticket is not found in the CLOSED TICKETS or Anywhere we can find. I have found the old ticket numbers in an email, but nowhere in the system can they be found. (Not sure if the problems are related)
