Hello,
I would like to know if is possible create a Ticket by mail.
If a customer send an e-mail to my address, osTicket can create automatically a ticket and send an e-mail to all interested group saying that there is a new Ticket?
If all of that is possible, how can I configure it?
I'm sorry for the Newbie question, but I need help and untill now I find nothing about it. I read some post on the forum and the FAQ, but everyone seems to consider this question obvious.
