Searching the forum, I found a post with a mod where it added a column in the Staff panel that showed who the tickets were assigned to. Just not sure how to implement this mod.
Any help?
OSTicket is a near perfect solution for us, but we need to be able to view who tickets are assigned to, either at a glance, or even with a query (using advanced sort).
Can anyone provide me with any info?
