When I forward an email from a user to the email we have setup for osTicket it creates the ticket under my name and not the name of the original email. We really enjoyed this feature. Is there something I can do to enable or add this functionality in?
Thats because with a forwarded message your header shows the from address as coming from you (which it is). If your email client has a Redirect ability instead you can just redirect instead of forwarding. We use this feature regularly for redirecting a message so it looks like we never got it and it was actually sent to the correct person.

The website is terrible but its actually a very good mail client - just for the purpose of checking new things out I've actually tested multiple mail clients and I always come back to Becky.
