When I open/respond to a ticket using Hebrew characters all I see are question marks.
Can anyone please help me enable Hebrew characters in the osticked 1.6 support system?
*the Hebrew is displaying OK in the mail msgs the system sends.

I have solved this problem.
This is how I solved it:
1. I downloaded the MySql data base.
2. Changed ALL the charset to CHARSET=utf8
3. Drop all tables and uploaded the fixed MySql data base
This solved the Hebrew encoding in the osticket.
where can i get a hebrew translation?
I was looking for one for a while...
