It would be great to make it easier to integrate OSTicket content directly into a Content Management System. Right now I am using Wordpress, and I will either have to hack the OSTicket source code to make it look exactly like my site, making upgrading OSTicket in the future incredibly difficult, or write a custom Plugin to do the work of OSTicket, thus re-inventing the wheel. The only other alternative is to style OSTicket to look kinda like my site and link to it by opening it in a new window which is not as professional as I need. What would be great is if there were scripts in OSTicket that can be called from a CMS to display just OSTicket HTML without headers, footers etc, that detects paths correctly so the forms work properly. That way, OSTicket content can be added easily to a CMS and the script itself can be upgraded to future versions without a problem. This would only be necessary for the client pages, the admin pages can remain separate.
I know this is asking for a lot, but it would be great if it could be done.
