It's without a debout a simply question but i can't find the answer by myself..
I'am trying to change the default page of the my staff member, when no "Open ticket" exist, osTicket show the "Answered ticket" or the "Closed ticket" if no answered ticket.
It would be really nice for us if osTicket showed a "No new Open ticket" message or something like that instead of showing answered/closed ticket !
I've already search in the forum for a solution but don't find any so i try to submit the question :)
