Latest update on the top of the message

Hello All,

I don't know its possible or not. I want to view client message on the top of the ticket when client update it rather than on the bottom.

I just wants this because some time we had very long conversation so that its easy to see latest update at the top.

When you reply though don't you want to be able to see the previous message (possible w/ default setting since it's right below most recent msg)?
