Captcha Stopped working help!

Hi,

The captcha on my osTicket seems to have stopped working and I have no idea why.

Its not working in any browser tried Chrome, Firefox and IE.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix? Which files I should resetting to original to see if that helps?

have you checked, that it is set in the admin area to use the captcha?
