Installation Error

Hi,

I am trying a fresh install of latest release. Getting this error. Please help

i have rename the file ost-config.sample.php to ost-config.php. and set permissions to 777. when i run this url http://www.mydomain.com/support/setup(http://www.mydomain.com/support/setup), i got these errors.

Hi,

could be a couple of problems. Either your webspace is full or the temp directory for storing the session data is full or your entry in the php.ini for the session.save_path is incorrect or missing.

PHP is only allowed to access a certain amount of memory. If this is your own webserver you should up that amount you can change this by editing your php.ini. The following entry in your php.ini should be the one that you are looking for:

memory_limit = 128M

If this is a shared hosting solution at another computer you would want to contact their technical support.

Also Googling "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of" should net you a large number of responses.

Im wondering which hoster sets the memory_limit to 256kb...

My problem has been resolved. my web hosting team change the memory_limit.

now its working fine.
