Hello,
I have ten departments with staff that are only able to see their own department tickets.
However, i want the staff to be able to search for tickets (regardless of what department the staff and the tickets are in). I also want them to be able to reopen tickets, regardless of departments.
Does anyone have any clue of how to solve this ?
