First, i'm french, so excuse me for my english.
I a new user of osTicket. I want to setup the mail.
This is an example :
When i sent a mail to "support@truc.com", i want to create a ticket automatically in a category named "Support".
An another example :
Mail to "abuse@truc.com" create a ticket automatically in category "Abuse".
I know that this feature is available for osTicket, but i don't find how configure it.
