any way to allow view images in view ticket when client sends email?
I tried many times and it's showing in staff/view ticket like this:
Description: file name or path
why it's showing like this?? I need the image also if client sends email with bold or underline text it's not showing in staff/view ticket :(
is there any way to add that image as attachment instead of
Description: file name or path
I don't know why osticket doesn't support tags?!
