I am on OS ticket 1.6.1 and I am having trouble sending up e-mail alerts. I am using exchange server 2007 and want to be able to receive e-mail alerts when new ticket has been opened, been replied, ticket closed, etc.
I went to admin panel and e-mail tab and I am assuming I fill in the SMTP host and SMTP port for my exchange server 2007?
If so, can someone direct me to where I can go to find the SMTP host and port? Thank you.
