We've recently have come under attack from a hacked email account. We usually get 3 new tickets from this person on a daily basis, today we received 15 at one time.

I was wondering, is there a way we can blacklist an email address. This is starting to get troublesome and frankly annoying.

Open a ticket from them and in the drop down menu select "Ban Email & Delete"

Alternatively, you can log in and goto:

admin panel -> emails -> banlist

And add them there.
