I have installed osTicket (v1.6 ST) in November 2010; osTicket worked very well until this morning.
I can't access the open tickets and closed tickets. The log system gives me always the same error: "DB Error # 144" and two types of alert:
Alert message 1 ------------------------------------------------
Table '. / NAME DB / ost_ticket_lock' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

Alert message 2 ------------------------------------------------
Table '. / NAME DB / ost_ticket_lock' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed ... "

Now the system is blocked. Any ideas?
What is the message: "DB Error # 144"?
Can I repair the DB?
