Problem solved
I've installed osTicket successfully, no errors appeared, but when i visit my ticket system, I get several errors...

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Windows issue... open include/mysql.php and change all references to $$dblink to $dblink ... just do a find/replace.
