osticket was originally installed on an XP machine under WAMP server.
It is now running on IIS, Windows server 2008 r2.
I got it to the new server by migrating the database and then copying the contents of Wamp server's WWW folder (where osticket was installed) to a folder in \inetpub on the server 2008 machine.
Everything appears to be working great except that I can't seem to disable the auto email that is sent when tickets are updated with a new message. No matter what I change, it still sends the auto email to the customer.
Any ideas?
