I complete configure osticket.
Now I have this problem. When admin assign ticket to staff, then the staff will receive new ticket alert. Staff directly reply the email, the ticket won't thread on webpage, and customer also can't receive the staff's reply email.
Staff directly reply the alert email, ticket will thread on webpage. I want to know if osticket enable this function? How can I make this work?
