Email Spacing Issue

Hi there,

Currently having a small issue with the way the email in OSTicket is displayed.

Basically in the email I would type:

"Line 1

Line 2

Line 3

Line 4"

But when I check OSTicket, it displays it as "Line 1Line 2Line 3Line 4" without following the new line for each word. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you, scottro. However those items didn't resolve my issue either.

It still doesn't pick up single empty linebreaks :(

From the looks of it, maybe it's just the formatting from Hotmail as Gmail doesn't have the same issue.
