What I want to have is an additional field next to name that indicatates a specific group of people. For instance the ticket may come from " John doe" and on the field next to it it would say something like "store number 22" to indicate a more specific person.
Also want to be able to have the ticket being made to have an additional drop down field to allow which "store" per-say, its comming from.
