I don't mean to bump my own topic, but it seems as though I have found something that may be causing the problem.
Whenever I have captcha enabled, the only error that shows up when I try to submit a ticket is "Please re-enter the text." Whenever I have captcha disabled, then I am told there are errors, but none are displayed.
It seems that the captcha is in fact the cause of the problem, but I don't know how to go about fixing it... Any suggestions?
