Unable to Submit the Ticket - No Errors

I have set up some extra fields on my version of OSTicket, and they seemed to be working fine until just very recently. Now, I can fill out all the required info, but yet it displays the "Unable to send ticket. Correct errors" message.

I've done a little bit of lurking already and I do not have captcha installed, so I don't know what the problem is...

I don't mean to bump my own topic, but it seems as though I have found something that may be causing the problem.

Whenever I have captcha enabled, the only error that shows up when I try to submit a ticket is "Please re-enter the text." Whenever I have captcha disabled, then I am told there are errors, but none are displayed.

It seems that the captcha is in fact the cause of the problem, but I don't know how to go about fixing it... Any suggestions?
