Multiple email addresses in the alert field

I have a real newie question here. I just need to add one additional email address in the "Email Alert" box in the "Responses" sub group. There is one there now and I have tried just adding a space, a comma, and a semi-colon, after the first email and before mine but I'm still not getting the alerts.

Question: how can I add my email so both of us get the alerts?

I solved this problem by setting up a mailing list on my mail server and using that address. Then I just add folks to the email list.

Not the answer I was expecting...

Wow - that seems like a bug then. I mean, for a field that has the title "Addresses", were you can only enter one address, right?

Thanks for tip - I guess I'll setup an email just for osticket like you suggested and then forward those emails along to needs to get them.
