Gmail setup

Hello, I just finished installing 1.6ST I have been trying to set up mail fecthing. I used pop.gmail.com port 995 SSL and ssl://smtp.gmail.com port 465 (also 587)

I keep getting an error "Invalid login. Check POP settings" when I check pop settings it just says "Can't connect to gmail-pop.l.google.com,995: Connection timed out"

I will really appreciate anyones help.

If you search these forums you should find a few similar types of posts. They also include ways to test to make sure that your ISP isn't blocking a given port. I would recommend that you look for those threads as they may give you a better direction to head. Pay special attention about using telnet to test connections.
