IMAP Settings

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to setup IMAP with no success. All I'm getting is "Invalid login. Check IMAP settings" and Connection failed to XXXXX.com,143: Connection timed out"

I'm able to use IMAP fine when connecting with Outlook from any location.

Is there any Log file or anything similar that I can view more about the error? Did anyone encounter such a problem before?

Check your mail server log file, and php error logs. There's a chance your host is blocking access to port 143 (make sure that's the right port). You can test it by trying to connect to the mail server on that port from the command line on the host machine, via telnet.
