i'm not sure whether what i want can be done as a configuration - i can't see it anywhere - or whether a mod is required.
what i want to do is for any staff replies to tickets to be cc'd to the admin email address (or alternatively to department manager or to another specified address).
can someone point me in the right direction on this please.
