No Config.php

Now...I'm not the heaviest rock in the pile BUT...I've accumulated a copy of osTicket 1.6.0 presuming that is the latest download.

A list of files is as follows:

There is no ostconfig.php file anywhere in this download. Nothing found in any of the folders either. Since this is a new version...is it called another name?

In the current download it is

archive_name\osticket_1.6.0\upload\include\ost-config.sample.php

Although its been quite a while I want to say that when you run setup it creates the config file for you.

i.e.

domainname.com/setup/

you can find it in the include directory. rename ost-config.sample.php to ost-config.php

in the last version the setup ask you to modify this file.
