:) Hello! OsTicket is fabulous but that is why I want to list all the problems that I hope will be corrected in future versions Language Support (I know you are working for integrate in next version)
2) Multiple attachments (I know you are working in next version)
3) Power to stop the response from the customer to a ticket
4) When an e-mail is banned it should be blocked is to open a new ticket, or to update existing ticket, NOW this is not fully Working.
5) Link recovery Password properly administrators
6) Ability to be notified of new releases directly once you log into the admin panel
For now these are the ideas, if there will be new, will let you know.
