Complete newbie here :)
I am trying to change the process in which new tickets are received, I only want new tickets to be submitted/received through the web form and not by emailing in. So in the case of a new email, the system needs to check if the newly received email is part of another series of tickets, if not then instead of adding a new ticket it needs to email the person back saying that they need to go to the url provided to submit their ticket.
Does anybody know if a mod that will help me here or even whereabouts in the code I would go to make this mod myself?
