'My Tickets' in Staff Area

It appears that there is a My Tickets area for Admin users, however this is not available to Staff Members. Is there a way to add this feature for Staff Members to view tickets only assigned to them rather than viewing all open tickets?

This is available to our staff, I have just taken a screenshot (attached) of my demo account that has staff privileges not admin and assigned a test ticket for you to see.

'My Tickets' in Staff Area

Silly me, I didn't realize that the new staff member was not assigned to any tickets! Once the staff member was assigned at least 1 Ticket, the My Ticket's area appeared.
