hello i have install os ticket and they work very good.but i have one problem... When i reply ticket e-mail send to him but if he reply the e mail who i send they don't make reply to ticket.... How can add reply with e-mail goes to ticket because now reply goes to My email....

For security reasons, staff cannot reply to tickets via email and must do so thorugh the web interface.
