Staff ticket list to open on "my tickets"

i'd really like to have the ticket list in staff panel to open on "my tickets"

can anybody point me to the solution for this?

I would like this as well if when a staff member logs in they will be taken directly to their "My Tickets" page.

If I clear understand your question you want to see the ammount of tickets in "My Tickets"
