DB Error #1064

Hi,

I installed Osticket (v1.6 ST) and everything WAS fine... untill I upgraded on my server Mysql to 4.x and Php to 5 version.

I don't know if there is a relation beetween error and upgrade, but now I have plenty of blank pages (e.g. Staff Panel) and I notice this Db error on log:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'tickets.inc.php LIMIT 0,1' at line 1

Any idea to solve?

Well, obviously, tickets.inci.php is a filename and has nothing to do with any query. As for how it ende dup inside your SQL auery string, I have no clue. Did you do some kind of mass find/replace by chance?

Your Data folder which is mysql data is somewhere? Find it and reload to old database same old password
