No alert on client's reply
Just happened to check out osTicket again and during my testing, I'm not getting an alert email when the client replies to the ticket.
All alerts are enabled. Any idea what's going on?
I'm presuming that you have setup OST with an email, and enabled mail fetch. I am also presuming that the clients reply is being sent to said email address. All of this can be confirmed by you if you say that the customers reply ends up in the ticket in OST.
That being said, log into OST and goto the Admin panel.
Click on Settings, scroll down to "Alerst & Notices".
Make sure that New Message Alert is enabled.
Then look at the check boxes under that. Are any of them checked?
