I have tried the solution from other posts that have said to change /index.php
From:
action="ticket.php"
To:
action="login.php"
However, I have the latest version of osTicket and that seems to have been set to login.php already. So I do not know how to resolve the issue of a blank page after clicking on the Check Ticket Status button in the menu, and after typing in a valid email and ticket #. Can someone help me out here???
I am running on Ubuntu 10
I just installed osTicket a month ago and everything else seems to be working.
