Hi Guys,
Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else but I have gone through numerious threads to find an answer and cant find anything that exactly matches. I think I'm just being daft:
I've added the */2 * * * * in every which way possible with all the examples on http://osticket.com/wiki/POP3/IMAP_Settings(http://osticket.com/wiki/POP3/IMAP_Settings), and I think I'm doing something wrong. Could someone please post they're current cron.php? I'm not sure I'm adding it in the correct place in the cron.php file.
The error I keep getting is
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*' in /srv/vhosts/dir/www.xxxxx.com/public_html/helpdesk/api/cron.php on line 2
anyone had anything similar?
