We have an installation on a legacy server that is being decommissioned. It's Windows 2000 Server, IIS5 and PHP. We've migrated to a new Windows 2003 server with IIS and PHP. I can get all pages to appear, update tickets, etc. However when logged in as the admin I get the error message that:
Problems loading requested admin page. (settings)
Possibly access denied, if you believe this is in error please get technical support.
The account is the actual admin. When we installed I copied all of the OSTicket files from the old server to the new and backed up the MYSQL database and restored. Not sure what the issue is.
